Can I setup on my Phone?


Below will this guide will walk you through the process of setting up your email on your iOS device and Outlook.

Setting Up Foothills Email on iOS Device

Follow these steps to set up your Foothills email on your iOS device:

  1. Navigate to the Settings on your iOS device.
  2. Select Mail >> Accounts.
  3. Click on Add Account.
  4. Choose Other.
  5. Select Add Mail Account and enter the following details:
    • Name: Your Name
    • Email:
    • Password: your password
    • Description: Foothills
  6. Click on Next.
  7. The screen should automatically populate to IMAP & have Name, Email, and Description filled in.

Incoming Mail Server Settings

  • Host Name:
  • User Name:
  • Password: yourpassword1234 (should already be filled in, if not, enter it)

Outgoing Mail Server Settings

  • Host name:
  • Username:
  • Password: yourpassword1234

Note: For the outgoing mail server, username and password are NOT optional!

Outlook Settings

For setting up your email in Outlook, use the following settings:

Incoming Server Settings

  • Server:
  • Protocol: IMAP
  • Port 993 (SSL Enabled)

Outgoing Server Settings

  • Server:
  • Protocol: SMTP
  • Port 465 (SSL Enabled)

Can I Pay My Foothills Bill Online?

Foothills provides an online bill payment option for your convenience. Simply visit the Foothills Bill Pay portal and log in to your account to make a payment. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one on the same page. Please ensure you have your billing details handy for a smooth transaction.
