Leased Circuit Loops with Copper or Fiber
Single directional service or Duplex directional service.
- On Premise Circuit - For the purpose of definition, on-premise line or circuit is any line or circuit extended on-premise of the property of an individual subscriber from one structure to another. By use of service wire or cable pair or equivalent, but does not interconnect or "bridge" with other cable pairs or equivalent in the central office. (Should bridging be necessary, rates for bridging service are in addition to on-premise service rates.) See note (**) for rates that also apply to this service.
- Off Premise Line or Circuit - For the purpose of definition, off-premise line or circuit is any line extended off premise of the property of one location to another property by use of service wire or cable pair or equivalent, but does not interconnect or "bridge" with other cable pairs or equivalent in the central office. (Should bridging be necessary, rates for bridging service are in addition to on-premise service rates.) See note (**) for rates that also apply to this service.
- Leased Circuit Loop - Copper Analog - For the purpose of definition, this Leased Circuit Loop is a point to point circuit served via a single copper facility (cable pair) that connects point "A" location with point "B" location that does not utilize the public switching network and that has a mileage charge based upon the route measurement mileage between locations. See note (**) for rates that apply to this service.

- Radio Loop - Console to mountain top base station.
- Metering Circuit - Water tank control point to headquarters office.
- Tie Line - Connecting one office key system location to another office key system location.
- Leased Circuit Loop - For the purpose of definition, this Leased Circuit Loop is a point to point circuit served via a single copper facility (cable pair) that connects point "A" location with point "B" location and also connects point "B" location with point "A" location via another single copper facility (cable pair) that does not utilize the public switching network and that has a mileage charge based upon the route measurement mileage between locations. See note (**) for rates that apply to this service.

- Data rates from 4.8kbps to 64kbps
- 1.5 mbps
- Leased Circuit Loop - Fiber - For the purpose of definition, this is a point to point circuit served via fiber facility's (fiber) that connects point "A" location to point "B" location and point "B" location with point "A" location that does not utilize the public switching network and that has a mileage charge based upon the route measurement mileage between locations. Special Access Private Line Service
*Note: The Company, except as specifically stated herein assents to, and concurs in the rates, rules and regulations governing intrastate Private Line Service as filed by Dup County Telephone Cooperative Corp, Inc. in its PSC KY TARIFF 2 No. 2A. The Company concurs in this tariff as it now exists, or as may be revised, added to, or supplemented by superseding sheets or issues, for Private Line Service furnished by the issuing utility and hereby makes itself a party thereof.
The Company also, except as specifically stated herein assents to, and concurs in the rates, rules and regulations governing interstate Private Line Service as filed by NECA Tariff F.C.C. No 5. The Company concurs in this tariff as it now exists, or as may be revised, added to, or supplemented by superseding sheets or issues, for Private Line Service furnished by the issuing utility and hereby makes itself a party thereof.
The Company reserves the right to cancel and make void this statement of concurrence at any such time, as it appears that such cancellation is in the Company's best interest.
