There are no set-up fees for any categories or partial charges.

Photos can be submitted to us electronically as long as they are in a “JPG” format. You may also bring or send in photos to be scanned. We cannot guarantee the return of these types of photos.		An existing Foothills customer can be billed for their advertisement on their Foothills’ bill. If you do not have an account with Foothills, you must pay for your advertising at the time you submit your application.
